Tribal kakudji figurine, TETELA , DR Congo 1920-40

Tribal kakudji figurine of the TETELA (or neighboring tribes). The ears, nose and head refer to the western part of this region. Kakudji figurines are protection figurines, often for livestock. The figurine must be dated between 1920-40 (interbellum). The figurine is placed on a base which can be easily removed.
