Fully carved wooden Phurba. A Phurba, also called Vajra Phurba is a ritual/symbolic dagger used by Buddhists in Tibet to remove negative forces and emotions by draining them to Earth. The blade consists of 3 sides with an image on each side that also has a meaning. At the top is the deity Bön, who corresponds to the archetype of Buddhism. Phurbas also exist in bronze. Both in bronze and wood in all sizes, sometimes up to more than a meter long!
