Beautiful sculpted CHOKWE facial mask, Angola, 2nd half 20th century

Beautifully sculpted decorative facial mask of the CHOKWE. Well-attended mask with partly overlying scarifications (on the forehead). The upper side of the head up and until the ears consists of very fine blocks. Chip on the inside below. Apart from that it is in good condition!
